My body clock is a bit mixed up.
I was up all night with work. Listening. Taking notes etc. Very productive.
But when I tried to sleep this morning, ahead of going into work late, I couldn’t really sleep properly.
Today at work I had a nap on the fabulous new couch I have in my office and that helped.
But on arriving home from work tonight I hit the couch and could barely raise my head.
It’s now about 11 o’clock and I’m wide awake.
I want a good night’s sleep tonight.
