You know how it is. Sometime you go out for dinner, and you remember every detail of the food. The waiter goes into intricate detail about what’s on offer, where it came from, how it’s been prepared, and you savour every moment. Truly memorable.
Other times, you go out for dinner in a largeish group setting, and the food just “arrives”, thanks to the organisational skills of someone who is “in charge”. Sometimes the experience is memorable, other times forgettable.
Dinner at Mekong in Kensington Street fitted into the former category. Though I’d struggle to remember everything on the menu, the food we had was tasty and well prepared. Highly recommended.
